The professional employee that check me into my room. She gave me her name and told to contact her about any situation that would not be 10 out of 10. They are extremely dedicated to their patrons having a great stay and it showed in the way she spoke and interacted with me. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to this city. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean . The water pressure for the shower was outstanding and just the thing I was glad to have after a long day.

Exceptional! Beds were SO comfortable, the hotel is convenient to everything.. minutes to Orion Amphitheater, front desk staff were friendly and helpful! Can’t remember her name but started with an N. She was hysterical! Loved her! Only complaint would be the noise level from the people above us. Must have had small kids running around. Would request 3rd floor next time. Will definitely be back for more concerts at Orion and will stay here again!

It was a great time in this hotel! Behind this hotel, there are Ross, Berlington and Dollar Tree. In front of, Wallmart and Five Guys. Very dark and quite room, I love it!

It was conveniently located with shopping arcade and multiple chain restaurants nearby. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly!
